On Friday, James Noel of Sunrise Realty announced the opening of a new restaurant. As the details of a specific date are not known at this time, Noel, who owns the building, hinted that it would be “very soon.”
The announcement came after the new owners fell in love with the location being in the center of Abbeville and after inquiring about the building along with contract negotiations, renovations are to begin soon in order to fit their operation.
Previously occupied and later closed, the old Midway building will be the new home of BrewBacher’s Grill.
With only a handful of locations in Louisiana, the city of Abbeville and its’ residents are happy to hear of the news. “We needed a sports bar in this area,” one resident said. “This will be our new place for our Wednesday night outings,” said another.
Brew-Bacher’s Grill has been in business for 35 years and are very popular in the Baton Rouge area with two locations and another in Gonzales. “The owners were very happy with the help they received from Charlene Beckett with the City of Abbeville and Lynn Guillory with the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce,” Noel said.
Brew-Bacher’s Grill is a school-oriented business and plans to reach out to support all schools of Vermilion Parish. The menu satisfies all southern cravings and is chock full of plate lunches, dinners, signature burgers along with daily specials.
Brew-Bacher’s Grill will announce their opening date soon and invites you to ‘Taste the Tradition’ when it does. “There are few things that are more satisfying than a great meal at a great price.”
