The Vermilion Economic Development Alliance is seeking a passionate individual committed to moving the organization and community forward.
The Program Administrator will work alongside a 15-member board, in coordination with other local, regional, and state economic development agencies to sustain and grow economic development efforts in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. The Program Administrator will work with existing and prospective businesses and support community development initiatives that improve the Vermilion Parish “product.” The ideal candidate will have a combined three years of experience in event planning, sales, project management, and/or fundraising, or a bachelor’s degree/training in a relevant field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Leadership and public speaking training is preferred.
Position type: Full-time
Total compensation: $45,000-$60,000 DOE + benefits
